Webinar: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Webinar: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

On May 18, Early Learning Network researchers Iheoma U. Iruka, Ph.D., research professor of public policy, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Meghan McCormick, Ph.D., research associate, Family Well-Being and Children’s Development at MDRC, led the third presentation in our 2021 Spring Webinar Series.

The joint presentation focused on diversity, equity and inclusion in early learning — an important theme across the Early Learning Network.

The researchers shared insights and information to help us better understand how systemic and instructional factors affect equitable early learning experiences and outcomes for children of color.

A video recording of the webinar and additional resources are now available.
